This house located on an area of 3500 square metres in India and was built by Thought Parallels in 2018.
Site is located in private enclave , away from the Kozhikode city.
This house was built by adhering to culture ,traditional and customs.A climate sensitive design with sloping roofs and large overhangs is positionated.A spacious and natural structure was tried to be created with large glass and patio.
The open kitchen and living area are located in the living room.There is ventilation on all four sides of the room .The structure was built using steel elements to make it lighter.
Floors,bricks and windows are meticulously positionated.Roof has water , sound and heat insulation.In summary , this structure is as modern and contemporary as it's traditional.This house also represents luxury.
